:: Vitamin P

Is Pilsener.

I usually take my multi-vitamin with beer. It's just the time of the day I take them and they both make me feel better. The pill later and the beer right away. But too many vitamins would make me ill right away and too many beers would make me feel bad later.

Perfect balance.

Once I mixed medicine with pop and then threw-up before prom. Be careful of that.

Vitamins work best if taken with food. I don't know if hops qualify.

I usually have beer with dinner. The dinner is the reason I have the vitamins then.

Though often I have beer as an App and as dessert too. Then nightcap with sleepytime tea and Lindt Excellence 70% dark chocolate 'cause 85% is just to much....

What were we talking about?

I eat the 85% Lindt but never at bedtime because it acts like coffee for me and keeps me awake. I drink sleepy time too!
