:: News Bulletin

Packing my stuff this weekend. I'm moving into a new apartment in the same building at the end of the month. I've moved once a year for the past 6 years, and 8 of the last 9. I'd like to say I've gotten good at it but I keep accumulating stuff. Not too much. This is always a good time to trim the fat, though.

Things between joe and me didn't work out. This will be better for both of us. I will for the first time for an extended period of time be living alone. I'm tremendously excited. And am now beginning to look at places to buy.... probably a condo or something. Better than rent.

Anyway. Took Monday off to help with packing and have a very long weekend next week to clean and move.

I woke up feeling decent today and it was cool out so I went for a bike ride. Wow. I only rode Red half of last week and Beema'd the last few days and today almost killed me. Eating copious amounts of chinese food the night before doesn't help either. Went about 50km. Some hills, some flats. I still beat everyone. It's like they don't even know it's a race. I haven't had my legs feel like that in a while though. I'm not bringing Beema into work anymore unless I have to. The harder you work the easier everything is.

While riding a fucking bee stung my tummy. About two inches directly below my belly button. I was toppless with jeans and I think he got stuck in my belly button hair (treasure trail?) and figured stinging me would help him escape. Asshole. I was not gentle removing him.

Now I'm chilling in the sun on the balcony taking in all the rays I can. My new place is on the other side of the building. I will be able to sleep earlier there. A good thing. 8pm is too bright on this side. I will not be able to stretch in the sun. This is less good. I can still do this but it has to be in the morning on the weekends. I'll manage. I'm excited about mornings.

This it's what easy to see. My thoughts, however, are a terrible mess. I'll see once I move if I can do what is required to fix them.
