A 'How-To' for making fries.

Actually played a match of tennis with joe on Saturday. We are both quite sore. He won in straight sets but it was a very good match. Score 6-1, 6-3, 10-8 tie break. I kept getting better... it helped that joe also got worse. What a match, though. Great fun.

Recently Discovered/perfected potato salad myself, Tidepool*. Potatoes, green onion, carrots, snap peas. Dressing: a whole lemon's juice, a 1/4 cup mayo(or miracle), 1 half heaping tablespoon each of whole grain and dijon mustard, a splash of cider/red wine vinager (swicth everytime).

I guess this blog wasn't about potato tennis, really. This is close.
